A Secret Message in Nehemiah 7:7-14

The book of Nehemiah, chapter 7, has an ancient secret message. It is formed by placing the ancient name meanings together and by guidance from God. I did not come up with this. "[7.] Who came with Zerubbabel, Jeshua, Nehemiah, Azariah, Raamiah, Nahamani, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispereth, Bigvai, Nehum, Baanah. The number, I say, of the men of the people of Israel was this; 8. The children of Parosh, two thousand an hundred seventy and two. 9. The children of Shephatiah, three hundred seventy and two. 10. The children of Arah, six hundred fifty and two. 11. SECRET MESSAGE

{God will restore} us a {hundredfold} because {God has favored} us  and been {mindful} of us. 

[Note: Whatever we have lost for the sake of God's will shall be restored many times over (even a hundredfold). See Matthew 19:29-30.]

He {... appoints} trials {to prick} us to {bring up} the {flame of Jehovah}. 

[Note: God's light will shine brighter in those who love Him and serve Him. Trials bring us close to God so we will lack nothing. See James 1:2-4.]

Trials will {... prick} our hearts {to make good} God's people and will {... abundantly bless} and {deliver} God's people {to ... [make them] be turned to righteousness} so that they will {humble [themselves]}. 

[Note: Without trials, we would turn our hearts away from God through our pride. Trials bring us into a state of dependence on God. If we seek God through them, we will get to know God better, and even as our best Friend. See Romans 5:1-5, James 1:12, 1 Peter 1:6-9, and 1 John 1:3-10.]

Numbers 33:1-5

"[1] These are the journeys of the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt with their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron. 2. And Moses wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the commandment of the LORD: and these are their journeys according to their goings out. 3. And they departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the morrow after the passover the children of Israel went out with an high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians. 4. For the Egyptians buried all their firstborn, which the LORD had smitten among them: upon their gods also the LORD executed judgments.

The place names continue from verse 5 down to verse 49, in Numbers chapter 33. These ancient names have meanings which are important since they are found in the Holy Scripture of God. You will see that there is a message God wants to bring forth through these name meanings. Let's look at the names in Numbers chapter 33, verses 5 through 16. We will start with Israel in verse 5. At the end of this list of name meanings, you will see the secret message.

Name: Yisrael (Israel)
Strong's (Concordance) Number: 3478
Meaning: Acc. to Strong's, it means: "From sarah and 'el;..." Sarah is "A primitive root; to prevail -- have power (as a prince)." El refers to God.
Spiritual Meaning: (A prince who has power with God. {See Genesis 32:28.})

Can Be Our Prayer to God or Our Statement of Faith

Mary Byrne's English translation (from 1905) of "Be Thou My Vision" is very powerful when you pray it to God. It was an old Irish song of worship from hundreds of years ago. We don't know who exactly wrote it. But, some think it could have been influenced by Patrick of Ireland, who God used to bring Christianity to that island nation. 

Worshiping God with music is very powerful and moving. I was thinking that we could read the text of "Be Thou My Vision" but substitute "You are" in place of Be thou" to make it a statement of praise. Or, we can leave it as "Be thou" and use it as a prayer to God. Personally, I like both options. 

Another way of looking at this is to use this old Irish hymn as both praise and prayer. We want God to be our vision, our focus, our delight. But, we can thank Him that He is our shelter and our Father, for instance.

(Also, we could change "King of the seven heavens" to "High King of Heaven".)

John 5:2

"Now there is at Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called in the Hebrew tongue Bethesda, having five porches."

According to Strong's Exhaustive Concordance, Bethesda is made from two Hebrew words: bayith (#1004 in Strong's Hebrew section) and checed (#2617 in Strong's Hebrew section). 

Bayith means house.

Checed (kheh'-sed) is lovingkindness and many other things.

According to NAS Exhaustive Concordance, the Hebrew word checed (Strong’s #2617) includes lovingkindness, lovingkindnesses, unchanging love, devotion, favor, kindnesses, deeds of devotion, mercies, loyalty, and goodness in its definition. (Strong's Exhaustive Concordance includes pity as well.)

So, Bethesda Is a Word Meaning House of Lovingkindness.

Deuteronomy 33:3 -- "Yea, he loved the people; all his saints are in thy hand: and they sat down at thy feet; every one shall receive of thy words."

[Note: The bold, underlined words refer to God Himself. In this verse, the word "thy" refers to Jesus Christ (who is God the Son) before He was born, as a baby, in Bethlehem. It was Jesus Christ, in His glory, who Moses saw (but not His face) on Mt. Sinai. Jesus appeared to Abraham in Genesis 18 and as the "angel of the LORD" or "captain of the LORD'S host" to other people, including Joshua in Joshua 5. The "angel of the LORD" appeared to Samson's parents in Judges 13. The Hebrew word for angel is malak (Strong's #4397). Malak refers to a "messenger," "king," "angel," or an "ambassador." The word "angel" is just another way of saying "messenger" or "ambassador." Jesus Christ is the "messenger of the covenant" in Malachi 3:1.]

The word for loved in Deuteronomy 33:3 is chabab (Strong's #2245) in Hebrew. Strong's Exhaustive Concordance defines chabab as: "A primitive root (compare chaba', chabah); properly, to hide (as in the bosom), i.e. To cherish (with affection) -- love."

➡ Webster's 1828 dictionary defines bosom as: "... 1. The breast ... 2. The folds or covering of clothes about the breast. ... 3. Embrace, as with arms ; inclosure [sic] ; compass ; often implying friendship or affection ; ..." (Webster)

Message from God. “Your Nation Shall Experience Fires, Destructions, Calamities, and Chaos."

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

We are going through trials and difficulties, such as the loss of jobs, family problems, work-related problems, financial problems, and other difficulties, but God will deliver us as we look to Him, and put Him first. This message from God will show us future events that shall happen soon, and shall affect us and all those in this country of America, and likely Canada too.

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

God is calling out to us to seek Him, and get to know Him, and to do His best will during the short time left in earth’s history before the end of America and the coming of Christ (which happens at God’s appointed time).

He desires us to follow His guidance, and He promises to bless us greatly if we do. The blessings that God gives us are primarily spiritual, and then emotional, and then physical (such as food, clothing, etc.). To receive these blessings we need to be humble, and trusting in God, and obeying what He shows us to do (Matthew 6:33, Psalm 37:3).

Jesus Christ revealed to me some truth about John chapter 6 that He wants me to share with you. I encourage you to seek Father God about this. He will show you the truth if you seek Him and wait on Him. All glory be to Jesus Christ's Name!

Jesus Christ said in John 10:27: "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:"

God said to me: "My son, I am with you and I love you very much. I have a message for you to share with all people that will read this message. It is for them to seek Me about and to find in Me the Answer that they need. I will reveal truth about these scriptures in John chapter 6 to help My people see Who I really am. And, I the LORD your GOD and Abba Father have spoken."

The loving Abba Father God had me post up these verses below. After these verses, you will see a message from God explaining something about them which I feel God would like you to seek Him about.

John 6:22-27

22 The day following, when the people which stood on the other side of the sea saw that there was none other boat there, save that one whereinto his disciples were entered, and that Jesus went not with his disciples into the boat, but that his disciples were gone away alone;

23 (Howbeit there came other boats from Tiberias nigh unto the place where they did eat bread, after that the Lord had given thanks:)

24 When the people therefore saw that Jesus was not there, neither his disciples, they also took shipping, and came to Capernaum, seeking for Jesus.

You have not sought Me. You have sought your own pleasures. You have sought after your entertainment: movies, games, books, sex, fornication, adultery, prostitution, homosexuality, lust of the eyes, deceit, covetousness, lies, pride.

I AM the LORD thy GOD and I shall judge you. I shall surely punish you for your wickedness.

I am coming for a pure bride who has made herself ready.

We are living in very serious times but God is very near those who call on Him.

If you love God, I encourage you to seek God about this message with all your heart. God will show you the truth if you seek Him with all your heart. God is full of love, but God is also Holy. He will not let sin and rebellion continue. Sin is an abomination to God. God calls all men everywhere to repent (turn away) from sin and seek Him. See Acts 3:19 and Proverbs 28:13-14 and 1 John 1.]

I encourage you to seek God and to turn to Him with all your heart.

Jeremiah 29:13

13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

Repent from any sin God convicts you about.

Psalm 37:27

27 Depart from evil, and do good; and dwell for evermore.

Romans 6:16

16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

God loves us so much that He sent His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins and shed His precious blood to pay for all of these sins.

If you repent (turn away) from your sins (Acts 3:19), and believe and confess aloud that Christ has done this for you (Romans 10:9-10), and have made Him your Lord and Savior (again Romans 10:9-10) you are saved.

Now seek God with all your heart. Seek to know Him and you will (Jeremiah 29:13).

John 17:3: "And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.”

Is There any Hope in this Depressing World? There is Hope!

Is There any Hope in this Depressing World?

Yes. There is hope. That hope is only found in Jesus Christ, the Second Person of the Trinity of God. He died a cruel death on a cross to save you from your sins and their consequence (which is Hell) so you could be able to enter Heaven.

God wants to have a close friendship with you because He loves you.

In John 3:16, Jesus said, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

Because you (and I) have sin, we cannot enter Heaven (...we need Jesus). Heaven is perfect and sin would make Heaven corrupted just like a little poison in a glass of water makes it deadly.

Revelation 21:27 says, "And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life." 

(No sin will enter the Holy City of God, New Jerusalem.)

God knew this and sent His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to die for your sins so you could be saved from sin and have a close friendship with Him and go to Heaven.

Hell was made for the devil (Satan) and his fallen angels. Satan wants you to go to Hell with him.

What to Know and Do:

(1) If you believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins (Romans 10:9-10); 

(2) repent from your sins (Acts 3:19) (because holding onto sin is making sin your god instead of Jesus); 

and (3) make Jesus Christ your Savior and Lord (Luke 16:13) (which means making Him your God who you obey), you will be saved.

When you seek God with all your heart, you will find Him.

Jeremiah 29:13 says, "And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart."
