(6/30/15) God said: “I AM the LORD your GOD and I want you to seek Me, for I have a plan for your lives and I desire that you know My name better.” (Word from God)

(6/30/15) God said: “I AM the LORD your GOD and I want you to seek Me, for I have a plan for your lives and I desire that you know My name better.”

GOD said: “My people, I AM the LORD your GOD and I have a message for you. Seek Me on this and I shall show you what I want you to know.” I tested this message with the test of the spirits found in 1 John 4:1-4. I encourage you to seek God about this message and about what God wants you to know.

GOD said these words:

“My people, I indeed AM the LORD thy GOD and I am speaking to you. You are precious in My sight and I love you very much. Come to Me and seek Me, My people, and do not turn away from Me.

You have heard your leaders and you have seen their rebellion against Me and you have seen their pride. I shall bring them down and I shall cut down the tree of America’s pride: it shall be burned up, and all those who love this country shall burn with it.

My people, come out from America in your hearts and partake not of her sins, for she has rebelled greatly against Me, and I shall destroy this wicked nation. Do not set your affection on this world. If you love this world, then you have no part in My kingdom. He who does not deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Me is not worthy of Me. He who does these things shall not fall, for My light shall shine through him, and My love shall pervade all he does, and My peace shall fill his heart, and his steps shall not slide.

But, the wicked shall be brought down, and all those who go a-whoring from Me shall be cut off, for they have rebelled against Me. Seek Me and I shall guide you in all truth, and I the LORD your GOD have spoken.”

God loves His people and wants them to be with Him. God is serious about the times we are living in. He wants a bride who is pure and clean, who hates sin and loves righteousness. God wants people to seek Him with all of their hearts and souls because they love Him. God wants us to be His friends. Jesus Christ said this about His friends...

John 15:14-15

14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

15 Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.

Jesus also said this to His disciples (those who love and serve Him)...

Luke 14:25-27 (bold added)

25 And there went great multitudes with him: and he turned, and said unto them,

26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.

Jeremiah 33:3: "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not."

Jeremiah 29:13: "And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart."

Disasters Point People to God

Disasters cause people to see that they need God. You see, God is preparing people for the tribulation which is coming in the near future. Jesus Christ spoke of catastrophic events in the book of Matthew 24. We are starting to see the beginning of them.

Now is a time to seek God and repent from sin He convicts us about. It is a time to get to know God as our Abba Father and best Friend. If we are not saved, or if we have not made Jesus Christ our Savior and Lord, now is the time to do it. Tomorrow may be to late for some.

Jesus Christ said: "... and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out." (John 6:37.)

IF YOU WANT TO KNOW GOD'S NAME:

1) Be willing to forsake any sin that God convicts you about and ask God to forgive you. Believe in Jesus Christ that He died for your sins and rose from the dead to pay for all your sins (1 Cor. 15:3-4). Confess your belief in this. Ask for Jesus Christ to be your Savior and Lord.

If you want God to save you through Jesus Christ, and you have trusted only in Jesus to save you, then you are born-again and are truly saved. (John 6:37).

In John 6:37 Jesus says: "[37] All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out."

Please pay attention to the last part of this verse: "...and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out." (If you come to Jesus, He will not cast you out.)

2) Now that you are saved, turn to God with all your heart and seek Him, seeking to have an intimate relationship with God. Our loving Abba God wants you to know Him deeply because He made us in His likeness (Genesis 1:27, John 17:3, Jeremiah 31:3). Seek Abba God in prayer and in reading the Bible. You will hear His Spirit speak to you as you seek Him and wait on Him. (Jeremiah 29:13, John 16:13, Isaiah 40:31).

Isaiah 40:31 says: "[31] But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."

3) Now that you are saved, deny yourself, take up your cross, and follow God to have fellowship with Abba God. Denying what we want and seeking what God wants (God's will) is truly fulfilling and meaningful. Taking up one's cross and being willing to suffer for the sake of Jesus Christ brings in God's peace (2 Corinthians 1:2-3). Obeying God and following where He leads is a joy because He is always, always with us. (Matthew 16:24, Hebrews 13:5, 2 Corinthians 1:2-3).
