(7/2/15) GOD SAID: “MY PEOPLE, TURN AWAY FROM YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING AND LIVE. SEEK ME AND DO NOT DEPART FROM ME.”

GOD said: “I AM the LORD your GOD and I want you to know that I love you very much. Seek Me and I shall show you what I want you to know.” I tested this message with the test of the spirits found in 1 John 4:1-4. I encourage you to seek God about this message and about what God wants you to know and do.

GOD said these words:

“My people, I am indeed the LORD your GOD and I indeed have a message for you. My people, do not seek after your own will and do not seek to serve your own mind or your own goals, for these are not pleasing to Me. Idols arise when you set an object, or a person, or a desire first, and put Me after it: this is indeed an abomination against Me. My people, do not walk after the sight of your eyes or after the hearing of your ears, after what pleases you, for these are what the world does, and My people must have no part in the world.

The world is going to be destroyed and those who love the world will be destroyed with it, so do not set your affection on the world. Your idols are not pleasing to Me, and your works, according to the flesh, are not pleasing to Me either. Forsake these and live.

Idols come in many forms and your works are not pleasing to Me. I do not want your performance: I want your hearts, and I want your minds, for these are not pleasing to Me IF they are left up to their own devices. Surrender them to Me and seek Me with all of your hearts. My people, come out from the world, and seek Me, and cease from your own will, for your will is against Mine.

These are not the days to be serving your own will, for your lives will be cut short and your days are numbered, so seek Me. Do not trust in your own minds, nor in your own understanding, but trust Me, and depart from evil, and live, and I am very pleased with those who are doing this. And, I the LORD your GOD have spoken.”

God wants people to seek Him with all of their hearts and souls because they love Him. God wants us to be His friends. Jesus Christ said this about His friends...

John 15:14-15 

14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. 

15 Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.

Jesus also said this to His disciples (those who love and serve Him)...

Luke 14:25-27 (bold added) 

25 And there went great multitudes with him: and he turned, and said unto them, 

26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. 

27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.

Jeremiah 33:3: "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not."

Jeremiah 29:13: "And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart."
